What are the accreditation requirements of the National Home Watch Association (NHWA)?
- Must pass a background check: In order to be accredited by the NHWA, the owner must pass a rigorous annual background check.
- Must be insured: The home watch company must be insured to protect both the interests of the homeowner.
- Must be bonded: The home watch company must also be bonded to further protect the homeowner.
